Our journey began when we noticed the shortage of networking spaces for career-driven English speaking students in Norway. We had noticed that several networking conferences existed for established individuals in the industry, but barely anything was available for people who were yet to decide what they wanted to pursue, let alone in English. This led to the beginning of developing the Youth Equity Summit, a platform dedicated to career-driven young students connecting with other like minded individuals and having the opportunity to be inspired by established industry professionals.
